1. The bus driver is in charge at all times. He/she has the right to determine who will ride on the bus.
2. Alcohol is permited on the bus,(except jello shots) but it must be kept behind the standee line at all times.
3. Do NOT throw objects out of the bus windows or exits.
4. Emergency exits are for emergencies only. If any emergency exit is opened the bus driver will assume there is an emergency and stop the bus IMMEDIATELY.
5. Consumption of alcohol by minors is NOT permitted on the bus. If minors are present for the trip, it is not the responsibility of the coach company or driver to watch them; it is the responsibility of the person who rented the bus.
6. While the bus is in motion all passengers must remain behind the standee line.
7. NO weapons will be allowed on the bus.
8. NO fighting will be permitted on the bus.
9. Illegal substances are not allowed on the bus.
10. All opened alcohol MUST remain on the bus, unless the bus is parked on private property.
IF ANY OF THE FOREGOING RULES ARE BROKEN, IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE BUS COMPANY AND DRIVER TO TAKE THE APPROAITE ACTION NEEDED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. THIS COULD MEAN THAT THE TRIP IS OVER OR THAT THE PERSON (S) WHO IS RESPONSIBLE BE REMOVED FROM THE BUS.
